"The front desk lady, Sonia, is flat-out rude and unprofessional. She’s impatient, short, and makes you feel like you’re a nuisance just for calling. Absolutely no customer service skills, zero courtesy, and a terrible first impression for this office. If she hates dealing with people so much, she shouldn’t be at the front desk. Don’t expect good service here as long as she’s the first point of contact. Management seriously needs to retrain or replace her because she’s driving customers away."

She needs proper training for customer experience in order to make her customers feel comfortable and welcomed instead like if customers owe her something. "We've been insured through State Farm for 15+ years now and they've been good until recently. After recent hail storms they have been fighting us tooth and nail about replacing/repairing our roof. Since this experience I would not recommend them to anyone for homeowners. Insurance is supposed to be a protective service not one you have to wonder if they'd even cover you. Do your due diligience."
